The ascent of the Qualido big wall (Joy Division) by James Pearson

Jueves 13 de Octubre, a las 10:37 el atleta de The North Face® James Pearson ascendió satisfactoriamente una línea del Qualido llamada Joy Division, una de las rutas de varios largos más duras de los Alpes.

La ruta en si misma es dura, obligada y puedes caer muchas veces, especialmente en los largos 1º, 4º y 7º Después de 15 días de trabajo deurante 3 meses James está finalmente preparado para atacar la línea en un intento, liderando toda la ruta sin caer durante más de 800 metros, 22 largos, un vivac y dos días de escalada en granito.
